We may collect your name, work contact details, organisation, information you provide in correspondence or during a call, and booking details needed to arrange meetings.

How we use it

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, arrange and conduct conversations, understand whether Tensor Helion may be able to help, manage any resulting business relationship, and keep appropriate business records.

Our lawful basis

We normally rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and managing professional relationships. Where you ask us to take steps before entering into a contract, we may also process information because it is necessary to take those steps.

Who we share information with

We use Microsoft 365, Outlook, Bookings and Teams to manage email, calendars and online meetings. We may also share information with professional advisers or service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the business, meet legal obligations or protect our rights. We do not sell personal information.

International processing

Some technology providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards and contractual protections made available by those providers as required by applicable data protection law.

How long we keep information

Enquiry and introductory-call information is normally kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact. If an engagement begins, relevant information may be retained for longer where needed for contractual, legal, accounting or legitimate business purposes.

Your rights

If you have concerns about how we use personal information, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies and analytics

The Tensor Helion website does not currently use analytics or non-essential cookies. Links to third-party services, including Microsoft Bookings, take you to services that operate under their own privacy and cookie arrangements.
